Flexibility is key.  If you sleep on your side and back, your sleeping habits require a little more support to keep the neck in line with the spine.  Our firm pillow will remain pliable while supporting your head and neck; if you are petite, our medium firmness may be a better fit.

EXTRA FIRM
Side sleepers rejoice!  Our Hypodown 600 Extra Firm pillow is just what you've been dreaming about:  a buoyant pillow that provides proper spine alignment throughout the night.  If you are a side sleeper, but are petite, look at our Firm as it will probably be a better fit.
