Ruffle and exposed buttons are a third of the way down the top of the duvet and in the middle center of the shams.

Bedskirt also available by custom order in gathered or boxpleat style. Bedskirt with a platform has 18 1/2 inch drop. Can be ordered in panels to be adjustable without platform.
