Return Policy
Stocked Merchandise
You must contact us within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of merchandise and all items must be in its original packaging and manufacturer’s tags must be attached. We will not accept items that have been used, washed, or altered. Please call our toll free number (866)FLB-4522 within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of merchandise to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please write the RA # on a copy of your sales receipt and include this copy with the merchandise being returned. No returns will be accepted without the RA#. Any returns without an assigned RA # are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If we find the item returned to be in good condition we will refund you the purchase price less any shipping and handling fees. Fine Linen and Bath reserves the right to inspect all returned merchandise and return it to you without a refund if item is not acceptable.

If you would like to exchange an item(s) for a different brand, size or color please note that there will be a $10 charge to ship the new item(s) to you.

Are non-cancelable are not entitled to any refunds or exchanges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If any item is damaged upon receipt please notify us immediately and we will make arrangements for a replacement. If an incorrect item was shipped in error we will replace the item quickly and arrange for the pick-up of the incorrect item at no cost to you.
Helpful Return Hints
Fine Linen and Bath suggests that you insure your return for the full purchase price. Any merchandise that is lost or damaged during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your tracking number for the return to make sure that your return has arrived safely.
