Return Policy
Stocked Merchandise
Please contact our customer service team within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise to alert us if you need to exchange or return merchandise. If you need to return your item(s), please call our toll free number (866)FLB-4522 within seven (7) to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please write the RA # on the copy of your sales receipt and include this copy with the merchandise being returned. No returns will be accepted without the RA#. Returned merchandise must include vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. We can only accept unworn, unaltered and unwashed merchandise. If the return is accepted, we will refund you the purchase price less any shipping and handling fees. Please allow Fine Linen and Bath 10 to15 days to inspect and process your return. Fine Linen and Bath and our vendors reserve the right to inspect all returned merchandise and return it to you at your cost without refund if the item(s) does not meet the conditions listed above.

Custom Orders
Are non-cancelable and are not entitled to any refunds or exchanges. Custom orders are defined as merchandise that has been designed to our customer's specification. Any item that is customized in a certain color, size, or monogrammed according to a customer's wishes is considered a custom order and not entitled to a refund or exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Gifts
When a gift is returned, a Fine Linen and Bath Merchandise Credit Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise.
Helpful Hints
Fine Linen and Bath would like to suggest that you insure your return for the full purchase price. Any merchandise that is lost or damaged during return shipment will be the responsibility of the customer. Please keep your tracking number for the return to make sure that your return has arrived safely.
