Pricing
At F L and B we make every effort to ensure that the prices of all items on
our site are correct. However, should there be an error in pricing we reserve
the right to notify the customer of the correct price and give the customer
the option to purchase the item at the amended price.
Orders
Once we receive your order you will receive a confirmation receipt via email.
Items that are currently in stock will be shipped out of our warehouse within
1-3 days. Items that are not in stock will usually ship within 7 – 14
days. Custom orders that have been placed with one of our Design Consultants
require pre-payment before production can begin and are non-cancelable. Canadian
and International orders must be placed via email or by phone with one of our
Design Consultants.
Back Orders
If items from your order are placed on backorder you will be notified immediately.
You have the right to cancel your order and have a full refund issued to you.
Payment
At F L and B we accept all the major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard,
American Express and Discover. Payment must be made in US Dollars. We use the
latest eCommerce technology to secure your credit card transaction. However,
we will be happy to take your order over the phone toll free at (866)FLB-4522
if you would prefer. For Canadian and international orders we accept wire transfers
only. Please contact us for additional information.

Sales Tax
Connecticut customers will be charged a 6% sales tax that will be added to
their total. No sales tax will be charged to those in any other state or to
our Canadian and international customers.
